WildCAD-E
Overview
WildCAD-E is a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system developed by Bighorn Information Systems for wildland fire agencies. WildCAD-E is targeted for Emergency Communications Centers of all sizes. Features include: Multiple Response Types (e.g. wildland fire, HAZMAT, law enforcement), automated run cards based on user-defined criteria, user-defined GIS layers (e.g. response areas, transportation, recreation base map image, hazards, public land survey system, vegetation, historical fires/incidents), rapid and easy incident initiation and resource status, complete database of incidents, dispatches, and dispositions and the capability to create a variety of common reports.
